Kids Academy are a multi award winning high quality British childcare provider in Abu Dhabi City, Al Mushrif and Khalifa City A and aim to open four more day nurseries in Dubai & Al Ain in time for the September 2013 registration term.
British Education
Kids Academy offer high quality British education through the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum in United Arab Emirates. Our flexible childcare facilities offer full day care sessions for babies, toddlers and infants, aged from 45 days to 4 years of age.
High Quality Childcare
Each Kids Academy Day Nursery is committed to supporting parents, nurturing children and valuing staff by delivering high quality childcare and a British early year’s education to suit the individual needs of children and their families under a structured framework of staff development and empowerment.
British EYFS Curriculum
The British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum is implemented daily by our UK and UAE education experts to ensure we provide a high quality learning journey for your children. We abide by the UK’s world recognised Governing body Ofsted’s National standards and also those of the UAE Ministry of Social Affairs Guide to Nursery standards to ensure key areas such as staff to child ratios are maintained at all times.
The new EYFS Curriculum was updated and therefore implemented in all our Kids Academy Nurseries in September 2012 and now includes 7 areas of learning:
- 3 prime areas
- Physical
- Personal: social and emotional
- Communication and language
- 4 specific areas of learning
- Literacy
- Mathematics
- Expressive art & design
- Knowledge and understanding of the world
Multi Award Winning Childcare
Kids Academy are very proud of our childcare team, in recognition of this we have been awarded a number of national and international quality assurance awards including Investors in People, ISO9001 quality management, IOS14000 Environmental Management, ISO180001 Health and Safety and ISO27001 Information Security which all supplement our monthly nursery management systems to deliver high quality childcare.
Play Gym & Crèche
In addition to our British day nursery we offer a crèche service and stay and play childcare facilities accessed in our Kids Academy Play Gym to further enhance children’s early education and development. When the weather outside becomes too hot for children to comfortably run around and express themselves our indoor air conditioned gym facility is a superb asset for continual deliverance of the EYFS curriculum.
Workplace Nursery
Kids Academy support His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s workplace nursery initiative programme in the United Arab Emirates and Kids Academy’s vision to invest into high quality early years education.
We are looking to work with like-minded, government ministries, national and international companies who are also looking to provide high quality childcare in the workplace for staff and to empower women returning to work. Families deserve the right to return to work with the piece of mind that their children are happy, secure, well cared for and well educated. Our nurseries even include a private, relaxed and happy uninterrupted area for mums to continue breast feeding.
